Cancellation Policy

To be courteous to staff and clients, we ask that you call or email 24hrs before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. No call no shows will be charged 100% for the service(s). 

If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to reschedule online.
